Project SEARCH is an internship program designed to enhance and develop relevant, marketable skills of adults with a variety of developmental disabilities. Students experience total immersion on site at the partner business for an entire academic year for a minimum of 6 hours per day.      

Interested candidates should have the following employment goals:

  • Secure employment in an integrated setting (that is, working alongside coworkers with and without disabilities).      
  • Secure year-round work (not seasonal employment)
  • Work 16 hours per week or more
  • Earn minimum wage or higher
