Angela Owen

Angela Owen

Angela Owen has years of experience in the business world with international corporations and SMEs as well. She is passionate about living a life of purpose, meaning and success. Drawing upon her personal experience, knowledge and expertise, Angela delivers practical yet dynamic leadership development to audiences around the world.
 

Prior to being the founding Partner of TBL Leadership Partners, she worked for Procter & Gamble for 14 years where she held a variety of positions in manufacturing operations, business leadership and human resources.  Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University, Angela has excellent problem solving and business skills.  Additionally, she is an outstanding communicator who speaks with enthusiasm, experience and a passion to grow and develop people.

Cheryl Jones Janoski

Cheryl Jones Janoski has more than twenty years experience designing and implementing performance management and improvement systems in large, complex organizations.  A national Baldrige Examiner for seventeen years, Cheryl uses the Baldrige Framework for Excellence to teach and coach leaders on effective ways to improve their organization’s performance in the areas of leadership, strategy, customers, measurement, knowledge management, workforce, and operations, leading to improved outcomes for all stakeholders.

Laura Moushey

Laura Moushey

Laura holds a master’s in Human Resources Development from Western Carolina University and an undergraduate degree in business administration from Meredith College.  She also holds the SHRM-SCP certification.  She brings to her students an extensive background in HR with significant experience in employee relations, recruitment and staff development. Laura is responsible for both the strategic and administrative roles in the areas of human resources.
